    A: Our ledge shelves have a interior depth of 3.5" (5" total width from the wall).

    A: We pre-drill pilot holes in the shelf 16" apart (normal stud spacing) for you to screw directly into the wall. If you have different stud spacing, please send us a message! Alternatively, we also ship these shelves with 2 x 30lb drywall anchors and screws so you can put them anywhere on your wall.
  • Q: How much weight do these shelves hold?
    A: Our shelves have been tested to hold up to 40lbs when mounted & installed into studs. We also include anchors for mounting that have a 30lb weight capacity.

Shipping 

All items ordered from our store will be shipped from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada. We use UPS, FedEx, or Purolator to ship our products, and all shipments come with tracking information.

Orders will typically ship out within 1-5 business days after the order is placed. If there are any delays in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping to the contiguous USA and Canada on all Designed By Taylor products. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped outside of these areas.

International Shipping

If you're ordering from outside of Canada or the USA, please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties and fees that may be incurred. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and will be your responsibility to pay upon delivery.
