  • Orders ship within 1-5 Business Days from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada

Shipping 

All items ordered from our store will be shipped from our warehouse in Alberta, Canada. We use UPS, FedEx, or Purolator to ship our products, and all shipments come with tracking information.

Orders will typically ship out within 1-5 business days after the order is placed. If there are any delays in shipping your order, we will notify you as soon as possible.

We offer free shipping to the contiguous USA and Canada on all Designed By Taylor products. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped outside of these areas.

International Shipping

If you're ordering from outside of Canada or the USA, please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties and fees that may be incurred. These fees are not included in the cost of shipping and will be your responsibility to pay upon delivery.

Returns & exchanges

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, and we understand that sometimes you may need to exchange an item or return it for a refund. If you require a different color, please don't hesitate to contact us for an exchange. And if for any reason the product doesn't meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to contact us and request a return. We will be happy to assist you with the process, and you will only be responsible for paying the return shipping fee. Your happiness is our priority, and we are always here to help.
